All vendors with artisan, handmade, or one-of-a-kind goods welcome. We also accept vendors offering henna, face-painting and hair-braiding are also welcome. Food vendors must have a professional food truck or trailer. Gypsy Goddess fest is a family-friendly event.
Gypsy Goddess Fest is a large event with 50 indoor booths and 100+ outdoor booths. All vendors must bring their own tent. Tables and chairs are available for rent.
Festival hours are 11am to 6pm. Vendor set-up the day prior to the festival from 12-7pm.
Vendors will receive detailed set-up instructions via email prior to the event date.
Note to food vendors: Food vendors must be properly licensed as a mobile food establishment through the health department prior to registering. There are water and electric hookups. You must bring your own cords and hook-ups.
The vendor fee includes festival admission, evening concert and drum circle for the registered vendor and one "helper".
All vendor space sales are final. No refunds for cancellation, inclement weather, or any other reason.
