4pm. Essential Oil Make and Take w/ Art As A Lifestyle, Maranda

5pm. Spirit Circle (Requires a pre-purchased ticket $30/seat) Circle led by Lisa Trzil, Barb Stenger & Andrea Jamrog.

Outdoor-

12pm. Yoga w/ Stephanie: Guided Vinyasa/Hatha class: "A morning class to get the body moving and stir the spirit for the day. Intended for all yogis and welcoming all styles of yoga, the flow will be accessible while warming the core muscles and getting the heart pumping.  Guided meditation to close the time."

1pm. Shamanic Breathing Techniques for your best life w/ Roy

2pm. Yoga w/ Rebecca. Exploring Sun Salutation

3pm. Drum Circle w/ Dede Alder

5pm. Yoga w/ Stephanie: Restore & Stretch Yoga “A wonderful opportunity for all individuals to spend some time relaxing to settle the mind and body.  The class will softly lead through postures to release general tension while restoring breath and energy flow throughout the body."

Indoor-

12pm. Yoga w/ Kristin: Divine Feminine Flow - An energizing vinyasa practice aimed to channel your inner goddess and awaken your inner feminine energy. Vinyasa marries breath and movement to create an invigorating experience within the body, both mentally and physically. We will harness our inner feminine with a lunar vinyasa flow, working around our mat in a mandala fashion.

2pm. L.O.A. Manifestation 101 w/ Misha Tuesday

3pm. Quantum Meditation w/ Rodashi Campbell

4pm. Basics of Meditation w/ Rebecca

3pm. Yoga w/ Kristin: Shanti Flow - A gentle practice aimed at releasing tension and creating room for peace and abundance. This flow is a medley of seated and standing postures, along with relaxing yin postures, and is suitable for all levels. Come join us to cultivate peace and harmony in your heart!
